Together, we made Virginia the first state in the South to legalize the responsible use of cannabis by adults. We must continue our efforts to enact retail access to adult-use products, protect the rights of those who responsibly consume cannabis, increase employment protections for both patients and adult consumers, and expand and improve our medical program. Marijuana laws do not change without elected officials hearing directly from you and other local constituents, which is why it is critical that we continue our work.
